Who we are

What we collect and why
- When you book a call: your name, email, phone number, agency details and the answers you give in the booking form. We use these to hold the call, prepare for it, send reminders and follow up. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
- If you become a client: contact details and the business information needed to deliver and invoice our services. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligations.
- When you browse this site: our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.
Services we use
- Cal.com: booking calendar on our booking page.
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode): our video. YouTube only sets cookies once you press play.
- Google Fonts: the typefaces on this site, loaded from Google's servers.
- Netlify: website hosting.
- Google Workspace / Gmail and Notion: email and internal records for calls and clients.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Booking information for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records for as long as UK law requires (normally 6 years for financial records).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
